Shelf Life

Since Black Spruce is a Terpene, it is at its peak for 5-7 years after distillation.

If you are thinking an oil is out of date – try putting a drop on your inner arm. Does it smell like black spruce or a rancid oil?

Does it feel tingly or normal?

When in doubt, just use the oils for cleaning or pour down sink and recycle your bottle and cap.
